1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any website development plan (“the Plan”) from [Livsite Global] (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the Client,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and [Livsite Global].
2. Services and Scope
We will provide website development services strictly as outlined in the specific Plan you purchase. The features, deliverables, number of revisions, and timeline for your project are defined solely by the description of the purchased Plan. Any services not explicitly listed in the Plan description are excluded.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to initiate the website development process.
- All payments are to be made in the currency and via the methods specified at checkout.
- Your purchase of a Plan is an agreement for us to begin work immediately.
4. No Refund Policy
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO [Livsite Global] ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a payment is processed and your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order, and no refund. This is because we allocate resources and commence work on your project immediately upon payment confirmation. By purchasing a Plan, you are not just buying a service but reserving our professional time and expertise.
This “No Refund” policy applies regardless of the project stage, including but not limited to:
- After the project has commenced.
- If you change your mind.
- If you decide you no longer require the website.
- If you fail to provide the necessary materials, content, or feedback on time.
- For any other reason, No refund in any case .
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the project progresses according to the Plan’s timeline, you agree to:
- Provide all required materials (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner and in the formats we request.
- Provide clear, consolidated, and timely feedback during the review stages outlined in your Plan.
- Appoint a single point of contact for all communications and decisions.
- Secure and provide access to necessary third-party accounts (e.g., domain registrar, hosting) if required by your Plan.
6. Project Timeline and Delays
The estimated timeline for your project is based on the prompt fulfillment of your responsibilities as stated in Section 5. Any delays caused by your failure to provide materials, content, or feedback will result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline. We are not liable for any project delays resulting from your actions or omissions.
7. Acceptance of Deliverables
You will have a limited number of revision rounds as defined in your Plan to review and request changes to the website. Upon completion of the agreed-upon revisions, the website will be deemed accepted. Further changes will be subject to additional fees at our standard hourly rate.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment of all fees, we grant you ownership of the final, delivered website code, visual design. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Plan. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and cease work if:
- You fail to make a payment when due.
- You breach any material term of this agreement.
- Communication from you ceases for a period of [e.g., 30 days] or more.
In the event of such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund, and we reserve the right to recover any additional costs incurred.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INDIA].
